Is there a mandatory standard certificate for Article 4?
No. The EU AI Act does not prescribe a mandatory standard certificate. Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025 and requires an appropriate level of AI literacy that you make demonstrable through training, assessment and records. Timelines may still shift through the Digital Omnibus.
