AI literacy baseline assessment for a sharp start

Map where your organization stands: which AI tools are used, who works with them, which risks matter and which evidence is still missing.

Why this is not only about knowledge

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. Organizations must be able to show that people working with AI have sufficient understanding of AI capabilities, limits and risks. A strong approach combines training with role mapping, assessment, training records and an evidence file.

You know where the largest AI literacy gaps are
You avoid generic training without priority
You have a grounded route to training and evidence
Management can decide on the follow-up

Measure first, then train with focus

Current state

Insight into AI use, policy, training, knowledge level and evidence.

Priorities

Clear view of which teams and risks need attention first.

Roadmap

Concrete next steps for training, advisory, implementation or evidence file.

Expertise and method behind this approach

The approach is built from AI governance, EU AI Act implementation and practical training rollout. AI literacy should not become a standalone awareness session, but an explainable combination of roles, risk, learning goals and evidence.

Frequently asked questions

Is the baseline assessment an audit?

No. It is a practical gap check and starting point, not a formal audit or certification.

Do employees need to complete questionnaires?

They can, but not always. We combine stakeholder interviews, document review and where useful a short scan.

Can we train immediately afterwards?

Yes. The baseline provides input for training, workshops, online rollout or a compliance program.

Is this suitable for smaller organizations?

Yes. The baseline can be compact for SMEs or teams with limited scope.
